X3 version: If you have not upgraded WiredContact X3 since December 1, 2004:
New Upgrade Notice: (11/29/2004) If you are upgrading WiredContact X3 from a version prior to 2004.03.01, the upgrade may change your Letters tab. The new version uses a new way to display letter and email templates. You can now copy templates into a folder, and the new templates will automatically show up on the Letters and Emails tabs. (see the Readme.txt files in the EmailTemplates and LetterTemplates folders) If you have not changed your navbar.html since you installed wiredcontact, this new version will overwrite your existing navbar.html, which shows the new tabs. You can show the old Letters tab by uncommenting the appropriate lines in the navbar.html.

If you have not upgraded since March, 2003:
Important upgrade notice: If you are upgrading from a version prior to 2003.02.01, this installation will overwrite the following templates: TaskList.html, Calendar.html and SMTP.html. Additionally, jscript.js and stylesheet.css will be overwritten with new files as well. If you have modified any of these files for your installation, please make a backup.

You will be able to customize the new files, but due to the added functionality of the new version of WiredContact, these templates needed to be changed.

If you have modified any of your templates, such as activity.html or lookup.html, and you want to take advantage of some of the features seen on the WiredContact demo site, delete those files and run the Install/Repair option again. Any missing templates will be replaced by the newer versions.
