Advanced reporting capabilities: WiredContact’s reports are even more configurable than before. Users can now drill down on and sort information using any combination of all contact fields in the ACT! database - Product Line, Locale, Sales Amount, Account Status, Sales Stage, Close Date and more. Combined with WiredContact’s Report Wizards, this feature lets users easily draft customized reports with data from across the enterprise.

Automatic lead capture: This completely new WiredContact function employs a Web LeadCatcher form to automatically capture website visitor information and update the database. This timesaving feature allows users to mine valuable prospect and customer data more efficiently.

Access database link: WiredContact can now be integrated with Microsoft Access for enterprise-wide tracking of associated information.

Improved letter and labeling features: Highly targeted and personalized mail-merge letters can now be created and sent using database contact information. Additionally, this upgrade enables one-click generation of a mail-merge letter’s corresponding labels in a variety of standard Avery formats.  Since these features can be managed remotely, organizations can even outsource their direct marketing and telemarketing efforts to outside marketing groups and know that their data is secure and up-to-date. 

Comprehensive administrative & management capabilities:  The addition of tags to refine Lookup Views, as well as new Edit/Replace, Swap and Copy commands for multiple fields, makes database maintenance easier and more efficient. Additionally, the upgrade provides an automatic backup program for setting up daily backups while users are still logged onto the system, as well as a by-user notification of log-on/log-off. A new capability to set mandatory fields for a view and identify duplicate contacts upon input provides enhanced database accuracy and ease of use.
